Custom Pre Burned Screen

-New, pre-burned aluminum screen burned with your image so you can begin printing immediately without the need for additional preparation.

-You will need a pre-burned screen for each color in your design.

-Please color separate your artwork, and supply the artwork as one file with colors separated in layers.

If you are submitting the files as a vector format, please send us the artwork ready to print by having the artwork set to the correct size on your canvas, and save the file as one of the following formats .pdf, .ai, .eps. On the other hand if you are submitting the artwork as a raster image please make sure that the artwork is created to size at a minimum of 350 DPI. The raster images can be submitted as .psd, .png, or .jpg.

-If you do not upload artwork with your order, we will contact you for submission of your artwork. This may cause a delay in receiving the screen(s).
